Order Placement and Confirmation
Once your order has been placed, SeasonBrown will notify you via email and/or text message to confirm receipt of your order.
We will send you a dispatch confirmation email or text once your order is shipped.
Order Processing and Dispatch
- We aim to dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Please note that products within a single order may be dispatched separately, depending on availability and logistics.
- All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Shipping and Delivery
- Our delivery partners will make every effort to deliver your package as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach your provided address or deliver at a convenient time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
- The estimated delivery time is 5 days from the date of order confirmation. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, our customer support team will keep you informed and provide updates.
