Refund policy

SeasonBrown does not accept returns or process refunds unless:

  1. The product was damaged during transit.
  2. The product has a physical defect.
  3. An incorrect product was shipped.

To raise a return or refund request, please email us at help@seasonbrown.com within 36 hours of receiving the product. Attach clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product along with your order ID and a brief explanation of the issue.

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product has been used.
  • The product's seal is broken.
  • The serial number has been tampered with.

Once we receive the returned product, it will undergo an inspection and validation process:

  • If approved, a refund or replacement will be initiated.
  • If deemed ineligible for return, the product will be sent back to you.

Eligible refunds will be credited within 7 working days and to the original payment source (debit/credit card, bank, wallet, etc.).
